Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a friend, 19, unmarried, who has vrey recently become pregnant by her former live-in boyfriend. He left when he found out she was pregnant, and told her not to get an abortion, as the child was half his, and he wanted to be able to visit it whenever he wanted to.

She has decided to carry the baby, but as she is a full time nursing student, is very concerned about finances, and her options regarding any financial support from her now ex-boyfrined.

Does DCF have any pro bono help for her to ensure that he has financial obligations to the child?

DCF does not do pro bono work. I recommend finding a lawyer who will do a payment plan.
