Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my friends ex husband had visitation of their 5 yr old son over the weekend and she was horrified to learn that he was transporting her son on the back of a motorcycle for 3 days. Are there any laws to prevent this from happening again. This was done against her will and without her pernission. And when she confronted her ex about it he said he can do what he wants when he has visitation. but this clearly puts the child at serious risk.

He's right, she's wrong. She doesn't get do impose her will on her ex's timeshare and he doesn't have to ask her permission for what he does with his son. Nevertheless, she does have a point, and I'm not taking either person's side. Motorcycles can be dangerous, and she should have a heart-to-heart with him, asking him to hold off on the motorcycle thing until their son is a little older. They should work it out as parents. Hopefully, they'll come to an agreement. If not, they'll just have to respect each other's parenting choices. No law forbids putting a kid on a motorcycle.
