Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Frivolous Claims of Domestic Violence

My wife filed for divorce claiming I beat her. I was enjoined from all our property and business. The judge dismissed the domestic violence but continued the enjoinment of all visitation with my daughter and getting my stuff from the house or condo. Recently, it was discovered by me that she lied (materially) on the financial affidavit required by the state and signed my name to our income tax return and filed it without my knowledge hoping to get the refund without my knowledge. How can I possibly sit down to mediation with her and her attorney who is a good friend of hers when everything to date has been a lie but because she filed domestic violence against me I am without all rights...it seems.
