Frozen Joint Investment Account

After Judgment, pending appeal, what is the procedure to get one of the parties half of the funds...the

one that was unfrozen at Judgment.

There really isn't a procedure. If the judgment says the fund is unfrozen, and the judgment hasn't been stayed pending the appeal, you just do whatever you would normally do to get the money. What prevents you from doing that?
