Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have full custodial guardianship of my pregnant 17 year old daughter. She is now moving out to live with her boyfriend & his parents. Her father now wants to "sue" me for custody of her. I was told she is considered an adult now in the state of Florida due to her condition & that this was not possible. Please advise.

She is not emancipated by the court. If she is not able to work and care for herself, then she is still considered a minor under your care and the boyfriend (assuming he is considered an adult) can be sued for statutory rape. The bio father certainly can sue for custody. I am not sure that the courts will go that far but then again, she is a minor who is pregnant and your ethics may be in question.
