Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I want to know if I have full custody of my child and her father dad supervised visits but never showed up is he allowed to ask for mediation to try and get visitation or does he have to go to the judge and try to get visits.

If y ou do not allow visitation you are in contempt. Do you have a visitation schedule? If so, then you need to follow it. If he does not show up, then you can not force him to do so unless it causes you a personal hardship ie if you have to drive a certain distance at your expense. He can apply for a modification of visitation rights and the hearing you can voice what has been going on. The judge may or may not revise the current visitation schedule.
