How do i go about getting full custody for my daughter when her father has segures..

This is probably no reason to award "sole" custody. The exception would be if he irresponsibly has them, without taking his meds, and continues to drive with the child in his vehicle.
Frankly, unless you can clearly show that his seizures are an endangerment to the child, this may well backfire, and be interpreted by the Court as an attempt to frustrate the father's relationship with the child.
If you opt to proceed without the assistance of counsel, be aware that you will not be entitled to a do over if things go badly.

That in and of itself is not a reason for custody, each case requires a best interest of the child analysis. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659
