Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I have full custody of 3 of my daughters and I'm divorced. But decided to see if things would workout with my ex wife so she moved in with us And things aren't working. The divorce was done in Missouri but we moved in together in Florida. Now anytime I want to leave the house with my 3 children she doesn't let me. All my papers are from Missouri. The sheriff say I have to domesticate the papers in Florida for them to enforce the custody. But I don't want to move my case to Florida because I'm moving back to Missouri. So what options do I have to safely take my kids that I have sole custody of and go back to Missouri.

You can move back.
You can domesticate the judgment but you would then be subject to a Florida order you may not like.
Move back to MO do not take any Florida Action. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659
Once you return to Missouri you can ask the court there for any assistance you need to enforce the Judgment.
A Florida court cannot act until you domesticate the matter here. Once you domesticate the matter, depending on certain factors, she can move to modify the custody order/judgment.
Given your stated intent to return to Missouri, it is best you return and take any necessary action in a Missouri court.
