Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I have full custody of my 8 yrs old son. My ex-husband spends time with his son every other weekend. I was thinking about taking my ex-husband back to court so the he spends more time out the week(3 or 4 days) with my son. I'm currently working full time and school part time and feel that I need help with my son. The sad thing is that my ex-husband lives across the street from me and dont help me with our son. I want to know if this would affect my child support in anyway.

Unfortunately the court cannot force the other parent to spend more time with the child. Even if you were able to modify the custody agreement, your ex would have to agree to do or you will be back at court. The court cannot force them to have visitation.
