Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my furture X mother in law, my sons grandmother, just randomly comes by all the time with no phone calls and is always calling me on my phone to cry and complain. Is there any thing I can do to get her to leave me alone. She drinks alot and always smells like cigarette smoke. My son is asthmatic and cant be around that.

Unless there is a court order to the contrary, you are under no legal obligation whatsoever to communicate with your future ex mother in law, nor are you obligated to let your child visit with her. Let the phone calls go to voice mail and do not answer the door.
