My intent wasn't to be rude, it was just to explain how important it is to get a lawyer. Sorry if I came off flip, but I like to tell it how it is, and the truth is that people lose because the don't have lawyers. It shouldn't be that way, but it is, and I get sick of seeing people lose winnable cases just because they don't have lawyers. I'm glad to hear you'll be getting a lawyer, and I wish you the best of luck in your appeal.
