Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hello, Im looking to gain custody of my son. I've been together with his mother for three years we have had a single income house as is me. Now what i want to know is how is it possible to get custody, my son she has two daugters from previous and now she wants out and i want my son with me.

Assuming you've never established your legal father's rights, file a petition for paternity and majority timeshare ("custody").
