Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Gettinng my child back

I left my child with my mom in Florida three years ago. I signed a paper giving her temporary guardianship and now I want her back because I can take care of her and have a stable job and income. I also have kept in constant contact with her and have sent her gifts and played child support

Re: Gettinng my child back

If you have substantially complied with your Case Plan and have done those things needed to protect your child and the reason(s) for the child being in care have been remedied, then the child can be safely returned to your custody. So you have to file a Motion to Re-open the case and present in documents and whatever other proof you can get and have it heard before the judge.
