Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Girl had miscarraige now trying to sue.

Is it possible for a female to sue a male who were not married for manslaughter because the girl became stressed and supposidly lost the baby. I'm trying to get away from this girl and i have a baby on the way but this girl keeps saying how she's going to sue me or try to throw me in jail because i chose to drop her completely out of my life. the miscarrige also happend over a year ago

What you've described would not constitute manslaughter under Florida law.
