Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my girlfriend and i decided to have a child after she was pregnant she told me that she is actualy married.im not sure of our relationship now but want to raise this child do i have any chance of getting custody of this child?

You do have a great chance but you need to file to establish paternity because the child presumably belongs to the husband as the child is born of the marriage. This may be more of a problem than what Mr. Williams has stated. The marital husband does not have to relinquish his rights whether you a the bio dad or not.
