Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My girlfriend and i are splitting up. We have a 16 month old son. In the state of florida will the courts agree to an amount of child support agreed upon by both parents or will they establish an amount with there own guidelines?

Child support is set by statute. It is based on a formula, not the agreement of the parties.
