Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

me and my girlfriend of 12 years bought a property together which is under her name. we have a 7 year old & my girlfriend decided to leave with all the money that was in our bank account and now wants to kick me out of the house we bought and charge me for child support. is that legal?

Child support - yes. As to the property - it is in her name - yes. Unless you can prove that you contributed money to it you could file a civil claim against the property for your share of equity.
