Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have two girls, 14 and 10. My soon to be ex wants half custody. They don't want to go live with him half time. They want to live with me and see him on a schedule we can all agree on. Will the judge take that into consideration?

It is possible. Complete the Petition for Minor to testify so that your children can speak to the judge.
