Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am trying to give my unborn baby up for adoption, however when I explained to the biological father he went nuts. Got into a huge fight then he got physical. grabbed me by my throat tossed me around. I got bumps and maybe some bruises if that. He ended up in Jail. What are my rights as a mother to give this baby up for adoption since he obviously shows signs of an abuser

The biological father of your child has rights in a adoption proceeding you cannot just sign away his rights because having a baby is inconvenient to you.
