If my God sister is having a baby, that she doesn't want, can I legally adopt the baby? What would be the steps that I would have to take?

Legally, there is no such thing as a God sister. You will have to apply for adoption through the court system.

I imagine the father of the baby might have a say in the adoption. I suggest you talk to a lawyer who practices adoption law in your town.
