Hello I would like to become a Godmother and i would like legal papers stating that. Is that possible?

No. God parents are chosen by the parents of the job there no statutes of law governing the appointment of Godparents.

On the other hand , if you meant Guardian ad Litem - yes there are classes for that and upon completion you get a certificate.
