Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

can someone please tell me if I have a good chance of wining my child modification case? I have the defendant bank statements that shows a higher amount of income than what he testified in his financial affidavit, but those statements are from 2010 since this case started and now we have a trial may 2012 and the judge is asking for recent financial affidavits, can I still submit the bank statements as exhibits even though they are from 2010? and also the defendant attorney provided the statements with a notice that states she sent me a true copy of those bank statements, is that enough to be considered authenticaded the bank statements are authentic? or that notice from here is not enough and I still have to subpoena his bank? and having this type of evidence will be enough for his income to be imputed? or is not enough evidence for me to win the case? thank you.
