Good day, I'm trying to send my daughter to Guam from Florida to visit family for a period of time. She will be traveling with my sister and wonder what legal documents are needed. Both wife and I agree. Please advise....

How old is your daughter? You might want to have a temporary guardianship paper drawn up in case of injury or decision making while visiting.
