Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Good Morning, I would like to know some advise on child support. My son's father had an verbal agreement with child support but I would like to obtain the child support through the courts but I don't want the amount to decrease either

What's your question? If you go through the courts, the amount will be according to the Florida guidelines.
