Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Good Morning,
My ex-husband is getting hit w/ child support from the State of Florida tomorrow. Now he is trying to get my daughter who is 13 to go to the school he is zoned for, which is where she attended last year, and I just moved approx. 15 miles away and she and her younger sister who is 11. attend a great A rated school near me. I have Primary custody. What is involved with him trying to get my daughter to say she wants to switch back to the old school (which is nottrated as good) in front of a judge?

I don't think any judge will allow a 13-year-old to testify, but then, I don't know every judge in Florida. That's very, very young for a judge to allow testimony. Moreover, to change custody, he'd have to prove that there was a change in circumstances tantamount to abuse or neglect on your part. It's sounds like your case is good, but you should hire a lawyer to be safe.
