Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

We have granchilden in Tx who are in a foster home who we r trying to get them here in Fla.The father abused the 5 yr old.We are having a homstudy done here.

We dont want the father to get them,this is the 2nd tie that CPS s been involved with him.We need hlp with a lawyer to get this going.

If you are having a homestudy done then you must have already started the proceedings.
