Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have two grand children living with me for three years with their mother consent they are my son,s children,their mother was not taken proper care of them but now after three years without any financal help from her she wants to come an get them and i am afraid she is going to repeat her same behavior and not give them the care they need ,what can i do to stop her from taking them back.

You can make a complaint to DCF or file a Petition under Florida statute 751. If a court was involved earlier make a Motion to the Judge. You should consider hiring an attorney.
