Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My grandaughter is in foster care in Pa, she was taken from my daughter last month when she gave birth to her. I live in FL and want custody of my grandaughter, my daughter agrees I should have custody to get her out of foster care while she fixes her life. What do I do first, I have called Pa social workers but have found nothing happening.

Contact the Dept of Children and Family Services here - explain what has happened. They will be able to step in and start the process for you because you will need a home study.
