Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My granddaughters father is a convicted felony. He goes into her school to have lunch with her on occassion. She is 6 and doesn't like this. He has no legal custody or visitation. Can we stop him from doing this?

Contact the school and find out why they are allowing him entrance. Most schools have a list of who may be on the premises at all times. Perhaps they were unaware.
