Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My grandmother was recently divorced in the state of Alabama. The judge awarded both Alabama property(house) and a Florida property(condo) to my grandmother. Both properties are paid off and have no mortgage. We we're able to get the Alabama property deeded into just her name easily with the divorce paperwork but I am unsure how to go about it in the state of Florida since the rules are different. Also, my grandfather moved away and no one knows where he is, which makes it impossible for him to sign it over to her. What steps do I need to take to get the Florida property into only my grandmothers name.

Contact the Clerk of Court for the county where the property is located. Usually you only need a certified copy of the Final Judgment.
