Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm a grandparent who seen my grand daughter on a daily basis until my son got mad at me. He uses the excuse that I'm on drugs but have agreed to be drug tested any time they choose. I know florida doesn't like to hear grandparents cases. But i understand florida does not like to hear cases on geandparents rights but in this case, my grand baby is clearly affected on an emotional level. Shes three and a half uears old and we are very close. My son is saying its because im a drug addict, but i will take a drug test any time they ask. Everyday if they want. Her mother wants to keep me in her life butt son threatens to have her taken away from her. Do you think I stand a chance in court?
