Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
grandparent rights
my question is this, Is there grandparent rights in florida? if so, are their any exceptions to the rule, i.e. non-existent father figure out of state? The grandparents in question are out of state. Do they have any rights to my child?

Re: grandparent rights
There is a Florida statute, it is probably void since the Supreme Court ruled it unconstitutional.
