Grandparent Visitation Rights.

Our daughter-in-law is refusing to allow to see our grand-son. Is there anything we can do so that we are allow to see him at all?

There is nothing you can do unless you can prove to the court that not allowing the child to see you would be DETRIMENTAL to the child. Otherwise, the parents' decision prevails.
