Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Grandparent Visitation Rights

My 25 year old daughter died recently leaving two small children. She was legally separated having custody. The father picked them up each Friday evening and brought them back Saturday mornings. He was not interested in spending time with them. He now has full custoday, which is fine. However, he will not let me see them at all. They are 2 and 4 years of age. Do I have any rights in this case. I am heartbroken. I just want to see them once per week.

Thank you.

Re: Grandparent Visitation Rights

Unless Section 752.01 of the Florida Statues was changed in 2002 the answer is you have no rights to visitation.
