Grandparental rights

Do the courts need to be petition and if so how as there is no petition forms for this subject matter

Yes they do. There are probably no forms you can fond because there is no such thing as grandparents rights in most cases.

Though the grandparents' rights statute is still on the books in Florida, there are no forms for it because the statute has been held unconstitutional by the Florida supreme court. In essence, there are no grandparents' rights in Florida.
