Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My grandparents got custody of me when I was a small child. My mother signed a form that said she did not know who my biological father is. Now I'm eighteen and I want to find him. I just found out that she signed this form, but I know she knows who he is. My mother will not tell me his name unless she will not get into legal trouble. Can he press charges against her because he did not know about the custody and later adoption of me?

All this is water under the bridge. Ask her to tell you the name and have a dna test run, it may or may not be your bio father and there may be others that need to be tested before you find the one that is.
