Do grandparents have visitation rights in Florida if grandchilds father denys them?

Sadly, Florida does not grant grandparent rights. However, that does not mean you can not pursue them. Is the father a single parent now? Did the bio mother die? Who has custody? What are the ages of the children? What type of relationship have you had with them? All of these things can be use to establish what is considered the best interest of the child. Especially if the father is abusive. Without further information, I can only give you a yes or no.
