Grandson coming to live with me

My grandson is 15 and will be coming to live with me in Florida. I am the grandmother. What do I need to do to prepare for this regarding health insurance and legalities

It's a good idea to have a power of attorney for enrolling him in school and taking care of his emergency medical needs. I'm not sure what you mean by "health insurance and legalities." Usually, health insurance companies won't allow you to add him as a dependent, but you can try. What do you mean by "legalities"?
