my grandson wants to live with the father he is 10 years old . my son is getting divorce .what is age that he can that he can make a decision to live , with the father or the mother?

He can not make a decision, he can ask for preference. Usually a the age of 10 the Judge will speak to the child about his feelings. Maybe he will allow. However, decisions on based on the best interest of the child. Perhaps you should hire a guardian ad litem to speak for your grandson - that person can review both households and give the Judge a report that would go a long way towards the best interest of the child.
