Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have been granted plenary guardianship of my granddaughter since november 2008 she is living with me ,her mother (my daughter) says she is the custodial parent ,my daughter and her husband are not divorced or legaly separated or living together what are my rights? neither of them are paying child support but i have filed for it from both. is my daughter custodial parent? i think i have custody.

You have whatever rights are spelled out in the guardianship papers. The parents still remain the "custodians" unless DCF or a judge has ordered otherwise.
