Nope---Grantee/Grantor are terms that usually apply to real estate transactions. In a divorce, the parties can be called Petitioner and Respondent or, simply Husband and Wife. FYI--neither side gets an advantage by filing first...doesn't matter who files. One party files the Petition for Dissolution....basically, alleging his/her demands. The other party can file a counter petition if he/she has any demands that were not raised in the Petition.

If my office can be of any assistance in N. Fla., pls. give us a call.
