Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Guardian ad Litem fraud

Has anyone sued a GAL for lying? I mean this case was crazy- the attorney

and respondent resided together- proven by the resp. husbands Fla Driver

license with her address on it- submitted in court. GAL was pregnant and

easily manipulated- was told plaintiff beat, verbally abused, cheated on-

respondent when she was pregnant. GAL made up lies and 8 affidavits were

filed by witnesses as well as physical evidence provided. Private investigator

also located former employee of GAL that confessed that the GAL

intentionally altered facts and cheated the plaintiff. Employee was even fired

for speaking out in plaintiff and childs defense. Judge refused PI testimony.

These people are attorneys in FL- appointed by the judge, cost a fortune, and

have no oversight other than the judge, which forms a conflict of interest.

Has anyone had success in suing in civil court against a GAL? Has anyone

been able to have them removed? I filed a motion but the judge just laughed

and said the GAL was an ''officer of the court'' and would never lie...

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
