Guardianship for minor child

My husband and I would like to get information about giving legal guardianship to my sister in Georgia if anything were to happen to the 2 of us. What forms would we need to get this done? Please let me know as this is very important to us

You and your husband should have Wills prepared which should include the guardianship language.
