How do I get tempo guardianship of my 15 year old grandson?

It is not too difficult to do if you have the consent of both parents to do it. Just a matter of filing for temporary custody and attending a hearing. However, if you do not have the consent of both parents then it becomes difficult to do and I would recommend you consult an attorney. If you do have the consent then you should be able to pick up the forms at the local self help center of the nearest courthouse to your residence.
