Guidelines for visitation

There are not any actual guidelines to follow. Visitation for both parents is set up so that each parent has time with the child or children. For example, alternating years for Thanksgiving, Mothers Day with mom, Fathers Day with dad, etc. This visitation schedule is made and both parties are required to abide by it or face contempt. I suggest you hire an Attorney to draft this for you to be sure you are getting the time you deserve with you child or children. If you are in my area please call for an appointment. Consultation is no charge.
