Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Harrasment by fiance's ex-husband, and others, through H.R.S.

my fiance's ex-husband and other people keep filing un-founded allegations of child abuse and/or neglect, in order to have me removed from the home. I have never been charged with any thing, but have been forced to move for the duration of the investigation.

When H.R.S. starts to close the case, a new allegation is made, and the whole thing starts all over again.

What can we do ???

We cannot afford a lawyer.

Continue to show HRS and everyone involved that these allegations are unfounded. They will eventually get the picture. Try to remain calm and handle this the best that you can. HRS will piece it together. In addition, you may consider a lawsuit of harrassment.
