Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

At the hearing for child support from my ex boyfriend, he turned to the judge and said he doesnt want any visiting rights to our child, but now he claims he does. is there anything i can do to stop this ? he was given time to see my son but did not show up

Not sure what you are saying? did he file a Petition for Visitation or just ask you for visitation. as of right now if he is just asking, then he has no rights.
