Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I have a hearing before a general magistrate in regards to modifying a current custody agreement. I have been awaiting this hearing for almost a year. In that time there have been financial changes. Will it be sufficient to bring updated documentation to the hearing or must I file this beforehand?
