Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

hearing masters/special majistrate

shouldn't the state and the county be sued when they have already lost a similar case and know that these practices are illegal. I am that case that happened over 20 years ago and here we go again.

You may want to clarify your question. But usually if the State or a County has been sued and the facts are the same, the entity will try to settle the case. Of course, different facts make for diffent results.
