Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
i have a hearing today for a restraining order i filed on behalf of my 4 yrs old son against the mother, for sexual, physical and mental abuse.
I reported the mother back in 2010 for the same issues and i also reported the cpis team for being bias and for attacking me.
I allowed a 50/50 custody then when mother accepted drug abuse, and beg for forgiveness, and I did so in the best interest of my son.
now that my son is 4 and he can express what the mother keeps doing to him, regardless of all the grooming and deep conditioning, I have to take her to court again.
cpis/dcf are totally against, carrying out vicious attacks trying to cover up their original mistakes from 2010.
the mother got a lawyer and I am heading to court at 1:30pm today by myself.

You need witnesses, you need evidence. Ask the court to appoint a guardian ad litem for the benefit of your son. This person will also check the home, nursery and any other person in this child's life that can attest to changes in behavior etc. I wish you the best of luck. I know how hard this is but if you keep your faith, you will prevail.
